1. Copy of ID Document/Passport (Foreign Nationals).
2. Proof of residential address less than three months old. (Should you not have a proof of residential address in your name,
please complete a declaration form with a third party conrming that you share a residential address with them and provide
the third party's proof of ID and proof of residential address).
3.Traffic Registration Certicate Number (TRCN) for all Foreign Nationals.
1. Company CIPC Registration documents not older than 2 years.
2. Proof of business address (Less than 3 months old).
3. Copy of SARS document conrming Income Tax/VAT registration number of the company not older than 2 years.
4. Resolution on company letterhead, nominating the authorised signatory/representative to bid on the company's behalf.
5. Copy of ID and Proof of residential address (Less than 3 months old) for the representative and director/s of the company.
6. Business Registration Certicate Number (BRCN) issued by the Licensing Department.
